April 25 2019, Corner Brook Nissan

The 2019 Nissan Maxima and brand-new Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek edition were unveiled in February at the Toronto Auto Show. The Maxima was first unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show back in November and receives a host of upgrades and improvements.
As for the Pathfinder Rock Creek, it will be offered in both SV and SL trims starting at $41,598. The Rock Creek features dark 18-inch wheels, plenty of black trim, a Rock Creek crest, and two-tone seating. The Pathfinder offers consumers the very best towing capacity in its class at 6,000 pounds.
The Maxima gets a visual upgrade for the upcoming model-year that includes standard jewel-like LED headlights, a redesigned grille, new wheels, and quad exhausts in the back.
"We are proud to offer a portfolio covering the needs of over 90 percent of the Canadian market. With the 2019 Maxima and 2019 Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition, we are reiterating our commitment to offer a full and fresh lineup to Canadians," says Joni Paiva, president of Nissan Canada Inc. "Maxima and Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition are also symbolic of our ethos at Nissan – to offer innovation and excitement to everyone. Whether it’s through the spirited drive of Maxima’s V6 engine, or the exceptional capability akin to Pathfinder’s spaciousness and best-in-class towing capacity, we are conveying that Nissan performance and fun-to-drive persona span the segments."
The Nissan Maxima also benefits from the addition of the Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite of active safety features. These include Nissan Intelligent Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Intelligent Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning (LDW), radar-based Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) and High Beam Assist (HBA).
